Our new Community Health office is located at 245 Main Street, Winner, SD. Hours are 8am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday. To make an appointment, please call (605) 842-7166.
Community Health
Protecting your health and that of your family is the number one concern of Winner Regional's Community Health department. Making sure that family services are available at a cost that everyone can afford is part of that mission. Community Health provides a number of services for women and children that are available at low or reduced costs.
Can I use Community Health?
Community Health programs are available to anyone, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or ability to pay. Community Health has one simple goal in mind: to provide affordable, quality services to children and families in the south-central South Dakota area. You can utilize one Community Health program or several, depending on your need or the need of your family.
How does Community Health work?
The department is funded by Winner Regional Healthcare Center, the State of South Dakota Health Department, various grants and Tripp County. We are staffed by two registered nurses and an administrative assistant. Appointments are encouraged but not necessary.
