Dr. Rick Wagner received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine and completed his General Surgery internship and residency at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND.
Dr. Wagner is skilled in laparoscopic general, thoracic and vascular surgery.
