Home Health

When you’re ill or recovering from a serious injury, you want the comfort of your own home during your recuperation.

Sometimes though, you are also still in need of the skilled care of a healthcare professional. That’s the idea behind Winner Regional’s Home Health Department. We offer a wide array of services so you can get the skilled care you need while enjoying the comforts of home.

How do I enroll in Home Health?

In order to qualify for Home Health services, patients must receive a doctor’s order for a skilled need. Skilled needs include:

  • Nursing care

  • Physical therapy

  • Speech therapy

If your doctor determines you would be a good Home Health candidate, you will also qualify for occupational therapy and aide services, if needed.

Our Service Area

Home Health services are available to a broad service area, including Tripp, Todd, Mellette and Gregory counties. Our Home Health Department also works closely with the Community Memorial Hospital in Burke to provide caring staff for our Home Health patients.
