What is MyChart?

MyChart is your secure, digital gateway to your personal health information. Through this app (available for both iPhone and Android), you can:

View test results, medications, immunizations, and your health history.
See summaries of your visits with providers.
Communicate with your care team.
Pay bills, check price estimates, and manage insurance information.
And now — schedule or manage appointments with Winner Regional Health providers.

What’s New: Scheduling Visits via MyChart

Previously, you'd have to call our clinic or hospital to set up an appointment. With MyChart, scheduling becomes much more flexible:

Pick a time that works for you from your phone or computer.
Securely request or set appointments without waiting on hold.
See upcoming visits and make changes (reschedule/cancel) if needed.

This change makes it easier for you to manage your care on your schedule.

How to Sign Up / Get Started

Download the MyChart app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Find Winner Regional Health (or our parent organization if applicable) in the app or via our MyChart link on the Winner Regional Health website.
Register an account. You’ll typically need some personal information (patient name, date of birth, contact details, possibly your medical record number).
Log in and explore. Once you’re in, you can view your health info, schedule medical visits, refill prescriptions, etc.
Enable notifications so you can receive alerts about upcoming appointments, test results, messages from your care team.

Tips for Using MyChart Effectively

Keep your login information safe. Use strong passwords, enable device security features (fingerprint, Face ID) if available.
Before your scheduled visit, check your “After Visit Summary” and any prep tasks (e.g. forms or labs) so you know what to expect.
Use the messaging feature for simple questions — avoid waiting rooms or unnecessary phone calls.
Make sure your contact info is up to date, so reminders are delivered to you promptly.

Is MyChart secure and private? Yes. MyChart is compliant with healthcare privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA in the U.S.). The app uses encryption and other protections to safeguard your personal health information.

Do I still need to call for emergencies or urgent issues? Absolutely. MyChart is great for scheduling routine visits, checking results, messaging your care team, etc., but for emergencies or urgent care, you should still call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

What if I already have a MyChart account with another provider? You may be able to link or see all your care in one place, depending on what that provider supports. If you run into any trouble, let us know.
